What I've been up to this month:

Munch!

1. Sticking my tongue out in response to Mommy and Daddy sticking their tongues out at me
2. My second cold... boo
3. Starting to teeth and drool a lot- bring on the bibs!
4. My first trip to Coronado and San Diego
5. My first Coronado beach visit
6. My first pool experience at La Avenido Hotel in Coronado
7. My first baby pool experience in my front yard on May 20
8. Scooting more
9. Smiling bigger and way more
10. My first taste test of rice cereal with breast milk on May 19
11. My first time drinking water (or anything) out of a sippy cup on May 19
12. My first time sitting in my high chair on May 19 (I had to be propped up by a few receiving blankets)
13. My four month shots on May 19- I did really well.  Here are my stats:              12 lbs. 12 oz.            30th percentile                                                                   23 and 7/8 in.           30th percentile                                                                    16 and 3/8 in. head  60th percentile
14. Making Mommy and Daddy laugh and smile extra much
15. Sounds I have said: "ma", "hi", "ra"
16. Makes raspberries
17. Rolling both ways really well... watch out, I'll be crawling next!
18. Grunting, babbling, and cooing loudly
19. Grabbing toys and everything I can get my hands on 
20. Being entertained for longer periods of time in my crib, jumperoo, playmats, Johhny Jump Up, etc.
21. Being interested in everyone and everything around me; I am very observant
22. My first time sleeping all by myself in my cosleeper all night- May 19
23. My first concert and trip to Yucaipa- May 27
24. I love to listen to and dance to music- especially techno 
25. I love to sing and talk
26. I love being outside and going for walks
27. My first outing without Mommy and Daddy- June 4- Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Melissa, & Auntie Amy took me to the LA Zoo while Mommy & Daddy went on a date for their wedding anniversary (6 years! :D)

* This month has been the best yet!  Aurora is sooooo fun!

Having lots of tummy time and playing in my crib

1. My first laugh on April 21
2. Sucking on my hands and fingers all the time, sometimes gagging myself
3. Jumping wildly and launching myself in my jumperoo for longer periods of time
4. Sitting up a little better
5. Standing on laps really well and even for short periods of time just holding onto hands and no other support
6. Smiling all the time now 
7. Cooing
8. Babbling
9. Grunting and giggling when tickled
10. My Dedication at my church on Mother's Day, May 8
11. My first trip to the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific
12. My first trip to Big Bear and overnight stay with my Grandma and Grandpa
13. Loving when my Mommy does "motorboat" with me
14. Firm grasp on things such as Mommy's hair and Daddy's chest hair
15. Scooting all around my crib on my back
16. Rolling from my back to tummy and tummy to back
17. Singing when Mommy sings to me
18. Making silly faces and sticking out my tongue when Mommy is being silly with me
19. Loving my Daddy cuddles extra much- I'm even happier when my Daddy is home
20. Going through lots of growth spurts; I'm officially wearing 3 month clothes
21. Smiling really big, looking wide-eyed, staring, and moving my mouth and tongue when I see people eating and drinking
22. Making a soft "whe-ooooh" sound after I sneeze

What I've Been Up To This Month:

1. My first cold on April 4
2. Jumping in my Rainforest Jumperoo
3. Scooting
4. Big toothless smiles
5. First trip to San Diego with Mommy & Daddy on his business trip
6. Slept through the night for the first time 
7. Increased amount of tummy time
8. Holding my head up higher
9. More playtime
10. Wanting lots of cuddles and being held
11. Noticing everything around me more
12. Cooing to the animals on my mobile and rainforest jumperoo and to Mommy and Daddy
13. Chuckling
14. Drooling a lot
15. Following my Mommy and Daddy with my eyes
16. Getting taller and bigger
17. 11 lbs. 9 oz.
18. Becoming very interested in what my parents are eating and drinking; I stare and smile at them and their food
19. Bending my legs and lifting my feet when I'm working on standing (especially my right foot)
20. I discovered that there are things to look at when I look down such as my feet and the floor
