3 Months Old

What I've Been Up To This Month:
  1. My first cold on April 4
  2. Jumping in my Rainforest Jumperoo
  3. Scooting
  4. Big toothless smiles
  5. First trip to San Diego with Mommy & Daddy on his business trip
  6. Slept through the night for the first time 
  7. Increased amount of tummy time
  8. Holding my head up higher
  9. More playtime
  10. Wanting lots of cuddles and being held
  11. Noticing everything around me more
  12. Cooing to the animals on my mobile and rainforest jumperoo and to Mommy and Daddy
  13. Chuckling
  14. Drooling a lot
  15. Following my Mommy and Daddy with my eyes
  16. Getting taller and bigger
  17. 11 lbs. 9 oz.
  18. Becoming very interested in what my parents are eating and drinking; I stare and smile at them and their food
  19. Bending my legs and lifting my feet when I'm working on standing (especially my right foot)
  20. I discovered that there are things to look at when I look down such as my feet and the floor

    This was our first snow in Burbank; the last snowstorm in Burbank was 50 years ago.

    2 Months Old

    What I've Been Doing This Month
    1. Smiling while awake
    2. Longer hair
    3. Longer alert times during the day
    4. Working on standing more often
    5. Longer tummy time
    6. Longer play time
    7. Looking Mommy and Daddy in the eyes more often
    8. Kicking my legs a lot during diaper changes
    9. Rolling from my tummy to my back
    10. Batting my pacifier out of my mouth and sucking it back in
    11. Wiggling my arm(s) out of my swaddling blanket within minutes
    12. Loving to be moving or moved all of the time
    13. Calming down with my favorite lullaby CD or my pink seahorse
    14. Sucking on my hand(s)
    15. I really like to be held and cuddled extra much right now
    16. Twitching in my sleep at startling noises
    17. Grabbing Mommy's hair and Daddy's chest hair .... Ouch!
    18. Sleeping for a four hour chunk, eating, and then sleeping for a three hour chunk at night :)
    19. I love being bounced around (we call it "pogo baby")
    20. Blowing spit bubbles
    21. Making cute noises such as "mow, ow, aa"
