Easter egg hunts

1. I talk all the time.  Here are the words I know: hi, tickle, no, Mama, Dada, Daddy, Mom, Grandma, Grandpa, Laura, Ashley, fish, book, up, light, down, ball, show, bounce, mouth, more, all, done, Pop, Matt, Mommy, bag, ow, oh, wow, woah, turtle, banana, bye, water, peek, a, boo, see, you, run, eye, ear, nose, bubble, circle, blue, green, star, thank, please, cow, bird, oh, socks, shoe, buzz, moo, woof, dog, meow, teeth
2. I eat so much more, for example a banana and yogurt for breakfast
3. I walk almost all the time and sometimes run
4. I follow verbal cues, for example go to the kitchen for a snack and go get your shoes
5. Weight: 19 lb 14 oz (10th percentile)   Height: 29 in (25th percentile)  Head: 18 3/4 in (75th percentile)
6. First time to pet a pig, chicken, and duck on Easter sunday
7. First Easter egg hunt
8. Dancing and singing often

14 Months Old

What I've Been Up To:

1. New words: circle, thank you, Mom, Gammy (Grammy), Grandma, Grandpa, baby, no (nose), eye, blue, ow, wow, woah, and whole more I can't understand quite yet, turtle
2. Cutting my third tooth- top middle right
3. Dancing whenever we put on music
4. Eating more independently and with utensils
5. Walking more steadily and more often
6. Pointing to things she wants or body parts when we ask her (eyes, nose, mouth, teeth, tongue, ears, hair, head, face, belly)
7. Carrying her diaper backpack around the house
8. Climbing on top of everything she can- chairs, boxes, short tables
9. Giggling when I tell her sternly to not do something (it's really hard not to giggle back)
10. First plane trip and visit to Georgia visiting my relatives
11. Deleting an icon from my phone when she got a hold of it for 4 seconds
12. Keeping us really busy

My 1 Year Old!

I can't believe my baby is already a one year old!  Has it really been a year?  It has been amazing watching her grow, learn, and become more adorable than ever. :)  

What I've Been Up To:

1. Meeting my Auntie Angela and cousins Shiloh and Zoe for the first time! :)
2. New foods/drinks: eggnog, kiwi, banana peppers, duck, peanut butter, artichoke, pickles, lollipop,
3. Walking on my knees
4. First trip to New Mexico (fourth state she has been to)
5. New words: "ah dah" for all done, "h" for hi
6. First Christmas
7. First birthday today!  Yay! :D
8. 2 teeth (the first came in right before Christmas, the second right after)
9. I love going under and through legs like a tunnel and crawling through my tunnel
10. Patting and playing with balls 
11. Tickling Mommy and Daddy
12. Giving kisses
13. Giggling hysterically when I think something is funny
14. Wearing size 12 month clothes and size 3 shoes
15. Height: 28 1/4 "      Weight: 18 lb. 4 oz.     Head:18 "
16. Using my learning table and walker lion as walkers to move across the room
17. Clapping moving both hands together (versus just moving my right hand to meet my left hand like before)
